For availing the facility of Audio-Guide, ID Card is required to be deposited at the issuing station.
Entry Pass includes general admission to the galleries of the museum. To visit specially ticketed exhibitions, additional charges may apply. Some popular exhibitions require timed-tickets to manage crowd capacities, which must be redeemed for entrance at the time assigned as you enter the Virasat-e-Khalsa.
Cafeteria is situated below the connecting bridge in Virasat-e-Khalsa where the visitors can have tea, coffee, cold drinks, snacks and breakfast & lunch.
Additionally there are two kiosks, one at the Parking and other at Ticket Booth near Qila Anandgarh.
There is also a Museum Shop adjacent to Entrance Foyer where one can purchase books, artefacts, traditional & cultural items, statues, photographs etc.
No. Large bags and backpacks are not permitted in the exhibitions and galleries for security reasons and for the safety of our very fragile and irreplaceable artefacts. You may leave bags free of charge at the Cloak Room, located at the Entrance Foyer.
Photography or video recording is NOT permitted inside the galleries. Photography of exterior of Virasat-e-Khalsa building is permitted.
